The Horsehead Nebula is a small cloud of gas and dust in the larger Orion Nebula complex in the constellation Orion. The nebula is located in our Milky Way galaxy, about 1500 light years from Earth.
The Andromeda Galaxy is located about 2 million light years away, a separate galaxy from our own, in the constellation Andromeda.
There is no relationship between them in space.

No. The horsehead nebula is part of the Milky Way Galaxy. All the stars you can see, and a lot you can't see are part of the Milky Way, thats where we are. The Andromeda is a member of our local group, but it is a separate galaxy.

No, the Horsehead Nebula is located in Orion. Andromeda is in Pegasus. Very far away from each other. Plus, the nebula is in our own galaxy - not Andromeda.
