So I have been at my present place of employment for around a year and a half. Everything was fine for a while, and they even gave me time (unpaid) off to tour with my band this past summer. Problem is, there is a particular co worker who can not mind her own business. She has already played a large part in breaking up a 4 year relationship i was in..(this was already on the rocks, she just had to do whatever possible to make sure it ended)....now she constantly corrects me on the "propper" way to complete my work, spreads rumors around the office, the list goes on. Numerous people have filed complaints on the person, including myself actually filing harrassment in hopes to put an end to the situation..of course no action was taken. I now spend the last 2 hours of work alone with this person as my shift has changed. Normally i would just leave. Only think holding me is I know i will be spending a better part of the summer on tour. Stick it out or get a new job until summer?

If you can survive, stick it out until you find another position. Otherwise, find something else - it's really bad that management does nothing about her!

If you've already taken all those other measures and nothing has worked, your only options are to try to get your shift changed or find a new job!

If you do decide to stick it out, just ignore her as much as you can. If she gets no reaction from you she might move on.
