And please, don't say the Bible. That implies little effort and besides, that's more religion than actual "occult".

I believe the Egyptian Book of teh dead is the oldest, though I could be wrong.

The Keys of Solomon (lesser and greater) are likely no older than the medieval period. In fact, most grimoires comes from medieval to Renaissance times.

The bible isn't an occult book (sigh)....my suggestion is to check out amazon and read some book reviews.

well the texts of the book of the dead are way ancient. the bible is older than that.
