You don't delete it you uninstall it.

1. Start > Control Panel
2. Click Add/Remove Programs
3. Scroll to McAfee and click "remove"

P.S. - Don't listen to "007" up there if you do anything with the registry then make a backup first. If you delete the wrong the from your registry things can go very bad for you!

have you tried going to add and remove programs in the control panel. there you should be able to delete it or uninstall it. also once you do that go to your program files and check that there is no folder for McAfee if there is delete it also. also click start and the programs and find McAfee and there might be an uninstall button there. try that one first if not then go to add and remove programs.

good luck

if you can't remove McAfee by going to Add/remove program then go to this link http://ts.mcafeehelp.com/?siteID=1 and look for a link there and click on it after clicking link download message will appear the Run it. It will delete permanently and it'll take time to remove it. when it finished you must restart the computer. Just press Y to restart. good luck!
