I am currently a sophomore at Binghamton University with a 3.39 GPA standing. I was looking into Cornell and NYU, but I am not sure if they're within my reach and is open to other suggestions.

The only way you will know if Cornell or NYU will accept you is by trying. If you mean you can't afford them, there are plenty of governments out there to help you along, you just have to do some research.

Business Week did a ranking of undergraduate b-schools this year for the first time. NYU was listed as #7 in the country, and Cornell as #14. If you are looking at New York schools only, Syracuse is within the top 50 (#42), followed by Fordham at #48, and the University of Buffalo at #59. If you are willing to leave NY, but stay in the region, consider Boston College, Boston University, Villanova, Lehigh, Bentley Waltham, Penn State, Northeastern (Boston has more colleges than any other city in the country), University of Connecticut, or Drexel.

Minnesota State University at Mankato is where I attended. Although not as a business major, I know the program ranks high.
