I was wondering since Stern supposedly had Smith's best interest at heart but never had an intervention for her or even her son for that matter....(instead he's taking videos of her in clown makeup), could Anna's mother sue him for wrongful death?

She probably could file a suit, I doubt that it would go anywhere. Anna Nicole was an ADULT, she made her own decisions. Yes, more than likely Stern was an "enabler" but I'm sure he wasn't the only one.

She can sue for whatever she wants, as long as she has provided accurate information, which she probably will do. I don't know about the clown face video with Anna Nicole Smith, but it could have come out before she had died, long before. If it's come out recently, then maybe her death has messed up Howard K. Stern's mind so much that he's started doing crazy things. Hopefully he'll recover soon enough, he is such a sweet man!

I don't know for a fact, I hope so. I'm not a fan of Anna's mom by any means, I just pray someone out there takes him down a notch or two. I'm praying that the legal system gets a hold of him, I believe he committed murder twice. It makes me sick to think of what he could be doing to that precious child, and I do not believe he is the father. He needs to spend some time in a jail cell. Stern never loved Anna, just the $$$ she stands to get. As for proof, there is plenty of it out there and any good detective will find it. Just look at videos of before Anna met Stern and then ones after she met him, that really says it all. People who know Anna have said her "drug of choice" was alcohol, then here comes Stern...

If she does she's just wanting more publicity!!! Who cares about the clown movie we weren't there there was no meaning it could of been fake for money or whatever.....The movie she made to her mother is the one you should be taking to heart that ones pretty powerful!!!
Do you know Howard personally or something? Because I don't so I can't judge him. But Anna did and she was a big girl who was smarter than you relize or she wouldn't be so famous right? She would have never marreid a billionare or become famous by working even for playboy. So I think she would be smart enough before 12 years to get rid of a man who is after a fortune from her instead of any love at all.

She probably could, if there was enough evidence maybe, but I don't think she should get anything. You can clearly see she's money hungry, if she let a photographer buy her a plane ticket to get photo's of her grandson's grave. I don't care who you are, any respectable person wouldn't let someone take pictures or film of your loved ones grave, show some respect for the dead! She claims her sister in-law released the photo's, and that she didn't know. Well once she found out she should have sued her sister in-law for that. If anyone should sue it should be Little Dannielynn (when she grows up), since she was ripped from her mother at a young age.

I hope so! He was, and still is a LEACH!
First Anna supported his boot-licking behind and now his parents are supporting him. This is by his own admission!
I don't think I would have admitted that I was a bum! Just goes to show ya, he has no morals or class!

She probably could. But, I think it would be hard to prove that he had something to do with her death. From what I've heard, he may have went along with her wishes, but ultimately it was Anna calling the shots as far as the drugs she wanted.
