I am so excited you asked a doors song! they are my absolute favorite! My alltime favorite song by them is "Riders on the storm"! I get chills everytime I listen to it! All of their tunes rock, and Jim Morrison was just so extremely talented!

Light My Fire is a great song and I also like Don't You Love Her Madly and LA Woman is a great song too!

I always liked "Light My Fire" too. I would like to add that I also liked the song "Touch me" by the Doors.

great choice! my favorites are "light my fire" too hehe... and "peace frog" - they both have excellent instuments and they give me this chill in my back it's incredible! and when the song is over, all i want to do is listen to the song again and again and again! and they both make me want to move and they take me elsewhere... and i love the lyrics to both, they're very deep - "peace frog" talks about the event that changed jim morrison's life ("indians scattered on dawn's highway bleeding") and "light my fire" is very poetic; the vocabulary is very well chosen (no time to wallow in the mire, etc...) EXCELLENT!

You should listen to "Twentieth Century Fox"... I love it. In fact all the songs on the first album are amazing. I still have my original record that I bought when it first came out. I played it to death, but I keep it for old time's sake.
