Boy - that's a tough one. I did see it once maybe in Filinvest... As you know all the milk here is the long term, and for some reason it all comes from New Zealand. I've never seen milk from Philippines! You can get carabao milk in a market (palengke), and it tastes almost the same as a cow's milk.

i have no problem finding whole milk in the philippines because i have a herd of cows i bought from germany. and each cow has a nanny. they are constantly spurting milk (the cows, not the nannies)! sometimes cheese, if they are not pumped often enough (again, the cows, not the nannies).

you can get whole milk anywhere. just go food shopping in the nearest grocery store, there's a lot!

it's possible in the public market but maybe half milk only because they may not be pure.. harhar....
