CHNOPS is the basic makeup of life. Carbon, hydrogen(gas), Nitrogen, Oxygen, Phosphorous and Sulfer. And Calcium, potassium and sodium.

1. Sodium (Na): It is essential for human survival and salinity in all liquid compunds needed by humans, animals, and this planet's biotic and abuotic environment to function

2. Phosphate (K): For plants to grow healthy and strong.

3. Calcium (Ca): The building blocks of all bones in all living thing.

4. Carbon (C): The building blocks of all life matter.

5. Oxygen (O): The very air we breathe, it also connects tissues, makes up parts of the lipid or fats in our body.

6. Helium + Hydrogen: The building block of all stars and planets in this entire universe. (Our sun, without which whose powerful rays all life forms would die)
