The first president to get a pilots license was Dwight Eisenhower. According to Famous First Facts, his pilots license was issued on 11/30/39.

George Bush and George W Bush, both pilots for the Air Force and the Air Force Reserve, respectively. George flew at age 18 during WWII and George W. recently flew on an aircraft carrier in I believe was an F14 fighter jet. I don't know of any other pilots who were Presidents. John Kennedy was a boat guy in Navy and even his son, John who died in a plane crash, his mom didn't approve of his flying. L. B. Johnson may have been a pilot. He was always wearing an Air Force jacket and definitely had the money to do it. But, both Bushes hold pilot's licenses.
