Laptops arent like desktops.
The video ram is not interchangeable as its soldered onto the motherboard.

I read a while ago about an external video card in development but never seen one on the market.
I could be wrong.

But that video card cant be installed on your laptop motherbaord

As everyone has said, the answer is no. Only a very small number of laptops have upgradable video cards. The Acer Aspire is a budget laptop so you're out of luck.

It depends if the laptop is able to be upgraded, yes nublets some manfucatures have now released laptops in which you are able to upgrade video cards, and if the card is supported by the model your using.

Most likey NO, as these types of laptops cost a very high amount of money and Aspire isn't really that "big" of a brand.

No...laptops don't have expansion slots like desktops do. You are stuck with whatever video card the laptop came with.

There is NO room for a card.
