I'm serious believe it or not. What I mean is do the oils put in the cotton balls go bad?

I hate to break it to you folks but there is oil in cotten balls.

Oils in cotton balls? What kind do you use? The plain old cheapies never go bad.

Well, there's no expiry date on the packet. (I know this because I'm the one who checks if everything's within it's use-by at the supermarket.) Shouldn't be any oils in there, either.
