He talks about this girl he really loves...unfourtunatly he can't reveal himself to her due to this insecurity. This girl dated his former male friend...who is known to have a large penis...they are broken up now and this girl is available to date...he can't bring himself to disapoint her with the size of his average penis. I explained to him there are other ways to satisfy her. He is still apprehensive...What is your take?

For most girls an average size penis will be fine if he "listens" to her body correctly.
Also sex is more emotional for women. Describe the perfect man to him and an ideal sexual encounter to him. This should help calm his fears. Tell him to romance her and emotionally connect with her and she will most likely over look any short comings.
Also tell him to remember that if he abstains from sex until marriage, his wife will love him through any short comings and they will have plenty of time to learn how to please each other.

this is an issue that has ruined the life of a lot of men. But the fact remains that unless he does something like penis enlargement (which i am not sure it works) this is something he will have to live for the rest of his life. I think you should not encourage him in the issue of that girl. Becuase if size does matter to her, then it will only hurt him furthur and mess up that relationship. Instead he should go for a girl he doesnt know who her former boyfriend is.
