I have Windows XP Home Edition on a Dell Computer... Windows keeps prompting me to download and install the Video - Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller. It downloads fine, but when I try to install, it says "Updates were unable to be successfully installed. The following updates were not installed: Dell Inc. - Video - Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller" ... I push close and then it prompts me to install again. I really need it to be installed!!! On my computer, everything is huge. What do I do??

Thanks,
Amanda

Go to the Dell web site. Click on either desktop or mobile icon for whichever system type you have. Once on that page look for the Support tab at the top and select it. Click on Downloads and Drivers. Enter Product model and Product type. Or the Service tag number. Download the driver for Video Adapter (not display). Install it by double clicking the file you just downlaoded.

Install it from your Blue Dell CD, it's on there. Microsofts may be buggy..
