Sexy if it is unique and holds some personal meaning, Sleezy if it is just a popular looking tramp stamp.... Although i will date any girl who has a tattoo on her lower back, sexy or slutty.... i love girls with tattoo's. I love doggy style, so a lower back tattoo makes me like you more.

well it all depends what it is of... if its a butterfly then its sexy but if it says "ride'em cowboy" then sleezy
but when i get a lil older i am gonna get one there so i think that they are sexy but like i said it all depends
