parallel lines hve the same slope and perpendicular lines have negative opposite recipricals. so it is b and c. i hope this helps

the two lines that are parallel are lines (b) and (c) because they have the same slope of 8/3. since you are trying to find parallel, the y-intercept doesn't matter that much.
