I just recently found out how to change the format on video files to fit my phone. Its just that after i changed them, the video is now short and choppy. Is there a way to smooth the video out?

3gp videos are generally choppy. You can try dvix or smartmovie to convert videos but they are for smart phones, mostly for symbian phones. The output is .avi so its much smoother but the file is twice as big.

I dont think thats a problem with the video, if it worked well on your computer without skipping then thats not it. Your phone might not have an excellent processor leaving it to be choppy. My cousin has a razr that does that with his music and videos(its the old one) and i have a v3i and that has a better processor so its not really skippy.

You'll need a bigger memory card to store the high framerate video.

If that doesn't work, your phone doesn't have a good video player
