I believe it's the KG920 cellphone by LG. It has a 5.0 Mega Pixels camera.

I dont really know the answer to your exact question, but I have a White Samsung D807. The D807 offers a sharp, 1.3 megapixel multi-shot camera and video recorder. Its really cool because if you take a pictures while someones moving it fixes the pictures up so it doesnt look blurry.

Samsung SYNCH (A707) and Motorola V3XX are the best cameras phones out right now. 2.0 megapixel cameras which is the best that is out on the market. Check out www.wireless-itch.com for some great deals and specs on phones with different companies.

The current best from Nokia is N95,with 5MP(megapixel) camera with carl zeiss lens,autofocus & digital zoom plus Video recording at near DVD quality - 640 x 480 at 30 fps.
