When male cats that haven't been nutered do that it's a form of dominance and the spraying is marking their territory. Have them nutered and it will likly stop but since you have waited so long it may not stop complealy.
Please just get them nutered, for their sake as well as yours.

Are they fixed? If so who cares if they do it, the other one will eventually get sick out and let the other know to knock it off. if not, get them fixed because with 2 male cats your likelihood of spraying in your house is high.

In the dog world, if a dog is humping another, he's usually the dominant one of the two. Cats are a little different tho..Im sure its a dominance thing, but cats are more solitary than dogs who hang in packs.

Get them fixed, and that should calm down the raging testosterone. If that doesn't help, get them something appropriate to hump - stuffed bear, anything. Mostly it's just a disgusting habit.

Try to seperate them or get a male cat. Maybe her brother took something from the cat, or maybe they r not really related. Ask your local vet, she/he will be able to help u. Hope this info was helpful.
