Apparently it is called the finger test, wipe, poke and smell technique. Just make sure that finger doesn't get to close to your nose.

That I have never heard before! lol. Good question. they have been wiping theyre butts from the time they are children just like we have, so i assume that they have a pretty good idea when theyre good. they probably do have to use a wet wipe or something though.but people who are lacking a sense become even more sharp in their other senses, so im sure they have their ways.

I personally find this question 2 b in VAYR pour taste. Personall it is not a Blind Person's fault if they leave perhaps small patches that they cant waipe. 2 Make FUN of them 4 trhis is worse then wrong it is against god. How would u like it if u left patches where u did not waipe compleeatly. And some 1 made fun of u for being blind. U would not like that at all so don't be a hippacrrot! I hope 2 c a moar SNESative question from u 4 ur next question. Shame on u!!!!

They feel the skin around it ! They often use baby wipes too !

i guess they have to go by touch and feel, or have someone they trust do it or tell them if they need to do more. i dont know, i am not blind, obviously, and dont know anyone who is.
