Sorry,wrong ..it is 5/12 x n/5=1/6

n=2 because you cancel the 5's and then multiply so u get n over 12 = 1over 6. then cross multiply and divide 6 by 12=2. i hope this helps

n=(1/6)*(12/5)*5=12/6=2

5/12 x n/5 = 1/6
n=2

5x12 = 60

60/6 = 10

1/6 = 10/60

10/5 = 2

n=2
