Driverguide doesn't turn up anything when you do a search for PT800CE. However, I went to the official ECS website and located the driver download page.
IMPORTANT: There was no listing for this chipset under Socket 775 motherboards, but there was one for Socket 478 motherboards:

There's a slight chance that this driver will work since it's for the same chipset (the PT800 CE-A). Since the Socket 775 version isn't listed on the official site, you should try this one as a last ditch effort. Sometimes you only need to have a driver for the specific chipset and not for the specific motherboard.
