well, i am 16 years old, im 5'10, 162lbs, i am on a very very very insanely healthy diet, i am in great athletic condition, I can already grab the basketball rim, but i cannot dunk, ive done many calf/quad exercise like toe raises, jump rope(excessively),leg press, jumpsole workouts, and more. Any suggestions on how to increase my vertical leap so i can dunk.(and i can palm the ball so that isnt a factor)
