He's going to be out until at least June. He says his leg hurts him still even when he's only walking.

Nick Johnson is a good player but is very injury prone. He says June but if he makes it back it he may not stay of the DL for long. Don't get me wrong I do like him. He has a great bat, and does well with the glove. I saw it first hand when he was with the Yankees.

Johnson said June off the top of his head, when he was asked by a reporter this week. He is far from certain when he will be back. His broken leg was devastating and his hip bothers him because of the way he has to move to get around. This was a nasty injury, and it's possible he could miss the season. He needs to be able to walk first, then jog before he can even think about getting on a baseball field again.
