what does it mean when someone makes a fist but sticks out their index, middle, and pinky fingers but keep their thumb and ring finger down? because a bunch of people did it to me today and i dunno what it means but I think it's perverted.

They probably saw someone wearing a T-shirt in very poor taste with the hand in that position. The T-shirt says, "Two in the pink and one in the stink." (sorry)
More directly it is a symbol of when a guy inserted those two fingers into the girlfriend's vagina and the separated little finger in the anus simulataneously.
