I am experiencing the same problem as you. I went over the exact details that they gave out and I still can't get into Literati. This is very frustrating. But if you notice, we aren't the only ones either. There are approximately 4 people in every room, so it is everybody who is experiencing this Yahoo problem.

Apparently Literati broke 3 days ago and I have downloaded so much crap on my new computer to try to make it work I am disgusted. I have called yahoo in California and e mailed them as well and it is still broken...I guess yahoo doesn't care enough to fix the problem in a timely manner....We need to keep complaining, here is the e mail address to complain to: games-feedback@yahoo-inc.com and their telephone numbers:408 349 1572 866 562 7219 Not that any of this helps, Shelley

Oh good, I'm not the only one. I'm getting the same message. I tried following the instructions but it didn't work for me either. It must be a glitch in their new operating procedures. I know they said they were updating the game system, and that we might experience weird stuff. So I guess this is one of the quirks. I hope they have it fixed soon--I miss playing my favorite game! lol The only idea I have is to contact Yahoo staff and alert them to the problem, which I'm sure lots of other people have done. But the more emails they get, the quicker they will be to fix the problem. I'm going to email them as well. Good luck and hopefully, happy playing soon! :)

Join the crowd, contact a person from yahoo for support. Something is seriously wrong. There are only four in every room.

I am sooo frustrated, i miss playing my favorite game. i have emailed yahoo twice at games-feedback@yahoo-inc.com and have not heard anything, maybe the more emails they receive the quicker it will get fixed so try that and see what happens

i've checked around on yahoo answers and the pretty much mutual agreement is that Yahoo has problems and its not our computers.. although, i don't understand how there are ppl that have gained access to the rooms...i hope this helps!
