The expression “Wassup” which is informal means, in Spanish:

¿Que onda? (informal)

Now, if you want to be a little bit more formal say:

¿Que pasa? OR ¿Que esta pasando?

The first questions mean:

What’s up?

And the second means:

What’s going on?
