Goring: please ask your science teacher to give you a quick rundown on the nature of gravity and the nature of energy. You need to start over with some basic information.

There is no such thing as a "lump" of energy. Energy must be created by some thing and energy is not affected by gravity. Energy dissipates with distance and time and, thus, is not limitless.
