we still don't know what she died of and Anna is to be buried in the Bahamas but Smith's mother plans to appeal the judge's order, according to one of her attorneys, Tom Pirtle

Not sure what you mean except for the judge ruling todAY THAT THE baby's guardian, who is a lawyer other than Stern, was given the authority to decide where she will be buried. He then said it will be next to her son Daniel.

Official word is that the body will be buried in the Bahamas with her late son. Her daughter's gaurdian ad litem was awarded custody in order to make sure that the court order is carried out. "Ad litem" means court appointed.
