they are finished, episode 220 was the last filler episode...
the new non-filler episodes are part of a new series, naruto shippuuden -- it starts at episode 1.

The fillers already ended 2 weeks ago. Naruto already came back as Naruto:Hurricane Chronicles(Shippuuden) and the first two episodes already came out and the third one should come out late tonight or tomorrow.

Read the manga. There are no fillers.
But I think there are something like 221 episodes of Naruto, then it starts over at Naruto Shippuden.
