do i have to turn it off agin everyttime i play or automatically itll still be set as aging ooff?

The cheat "aging [on/off]" is saved when you save your lot. Because of this, an "aging off" lot will remain active until you reverse it with "aging on". As momoftwoboys said, it will stay active even if you leave a neighborhood or turn off the game.

Im not sure about the cheat code. I use a hack called insimenator. With it you can turn aging on or off. increase the amount of days your sim has left to age or add more to it. and a whole host of other things it can do. improve relationships , turn off relationship decay ,train your toddler etc. check it out.

It stays off for me, even after I have left that house or shut the game off.
