Phew... what on earth do you want such a old version for?
NFPA does keep archive copies of older standards, you could try contacting them direct.
Or you could also check around with local fire protection companies and see if anyone kept an old copy of one. I might even know a few places where one MIGHT be lying around. I remember some old copies in a old cabinet at a place I used to work when I started my career in fire protection.
One other idea would be a library? They might have them and have older copies as well.
