Be with your friend......Tell their parents ASAP. He/She'll get the help they need.... if they are monitored by someone living with them.

Tell her parents, teachers, counselors, doctors anyone that will believe you. She will be pissed but just remember that you are doing what she really NEEDS!!

talk to them about it... try to convince them to get help. if they refuse, ask a trusted adult for help.
