If i'm not making money off of them could i print like a picture of a celebrity or lyrics to a song.

Yes, The issue of money really has nothing to do with whether it is illegal. The Fair Use issue only applies to if they are to be cited in a school project or as a reference as part of a document.

If it is for your personal enjoyment then you should pay the artist for it. If the stuff is old enough then the copyright probably has expired, and then yes you can print the image or lyrics.

What you are getting into is the great big grey area of what is known as Fair Use of Copyrighted Material.

If you aren't distributing either, you aren't going to get in any trouble. If someone posted it to the internet without permission, that is a different story.

There is no problem doing this for personal use. But making multiple copies for distribution probably violates copyright law, even if you are not charging for them.
