I'd say a lot, but some people are just good at certain subjects, like I am at math and science but do poorly in history, while some of my other friends do great in english and history but poorly on math, it all depends on how well the person learns and interprets the subject, and if they study a lot, there is no doubt that they will exceed in all subjects

Geez, is this for real? What do you think?! It's obviously not necessary to have study habits to perform well academically, but it's definitely helpful to the majority of students. Were you expecting to hear anything else other than this?

From experience, i would say the ones i knew who did the best in college(and got the most out of it, academically and professionally) had excellent, very disciplined study habits; they made plans to study even when they didnt HAVE to study. Most of these students, by the way, were in the health related professions(pre med, physical therapy, nursing, etc)

What do you think? Is this question serious? Obviously a positive correlation exists between studying and performance.
