Have solace, concentrate and remember the God-the producer and director of this whole show and just surrender everything including yourself to him and you will find great relief. You are just the actor of this show, never try to manage the whole thing which is the root cause of all the stresses and frustrations.

The best way is to think of something that makes you happy. Laws of Attraction state that Like attracts likes. We all run on frequencys and if you want to stop the stress you have to think positive thoughts. If not you are sending out a frequency to the universe and it is bouncing back basically saying "I love stress and I want more stress in my life." Try reading the book "The Secret" it is amazing and has helped me change my thinking to better improve my thoughts.

If you are asking what is the best way to relieve stress. I recommend running as long and as fast as you can, run so much that when you are done you can barely stand up.. i run normally, but when i am stressed out i run till i cant anymore.. and when i am done i am always in a way better mood.
