i'm assuming you are talking about burning a cd. first of all you need a cd-writer. then, with whatever software you have, select the song (media file) you wish to transfer to the cd and click on copy. you can easily do this with windows media player, or itunes which i think is awesome.

it helps to know where the files are located, so using either windows media player or itunes makes it so easy to do instead of locating a specific file on your c:drive

First, you need a program for downloading, or purchasing mp3's, such as iTunes music store, Aquisition, Limewire, etc etc. Then you download your songs, and open a list on a cd burning program (ex Roxio Toast), drag the songs on. Make sure the cd is blank, and put it in the cd burner, another crutial element. After that, you need to follow the directions as they are different for each program. Good luck!

What you do is open your media player, and I'm assuming you have Windows Media Player, right? Well, click on Library, and then click the "burn" tab on your media player. Insert a blank CD-R into your disc drive. When you have clicked on the "burn" tab, then click the drop-down arrow that says "burn list". Then just look for the song you want, and click on it. Then you click on "start burn" and you will have your song on CD!

Firstly you need a burning software first
go to download.com and search for it

or

you can do it manually:
make sure you have a CD-R or CD-RW (rewritetable) inside
put each song from your PC one by one on to the empty disc
-drag and drop-
