Hi!
Open Internet Explorer go to tools and click on Internet options, click on the advanced tab and scroll down to where you will see java (sun) under that you should have a green check mark in the box if you don't put one in by putting your cursor over the box and give it a left click. Don't forget to click apply to make the change. You will have to reboot your computer. Next you will have to go to the security tab and click on the (custom level) button at the bottom of the board, scroll down to where it says (scripting of java applets) you want your green dot in the enable and click OK, a board comes up saying, are you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone and you click "Yes" Hope this helps you!
