It means all the weapons of mass destruction have been found and dismantled (ha, ha), Iraq is no longer under the totalitarian regime of Saddam, the conflict is now religious based which we cannot control, and they are sick and tired of the reports of Americans dieing on a daily basis.
Iraq and the entire region was more stable and better off than it is now. Saddam, ruthless as he was, at least kept basic law and order and fed the people. Saddam was the only one killing Iraqis, and he killed a whole lot less than are dieing now. Iraq becoming Iran, Jr. is a much bigger threat to the United States than Saddam ever was.

I dont know what u mean by liberals , or others , truth be told ,you are allEnglish speaking , who have different ideas on the same subject! The United Statesgoverment should of resolved any doubt abot weapons of mass destruction by other means, the war it started in Iraq have collapsed1 , too many young people dying , it was a fight of religion , guilt over the fact the U.S.A. did not help the Jew in Germany , and also a very proficient group, Evangelicals who seem to believe that by detroying the Arabic nations and standing in defence of Israel, Jesus will come down to Earth! Is a big mess! Iraq belongs to the ancient world , its beliefs and customs are totally different from the American ones, and the U.S.A and its allies canot impose their ways on a people who have their own for much longer than ours! This battle is not over yet , it is a point of shame on the conscience of this American nation. Capish?

because they don't look interested in capturing him. they're making too a lot money waging undeclared wars adverse to created enemies. Ron Paul voted to pass after Osama Bin weighted down. as a replace, our flesh pressers attacked Iraq, a united states of america that not at all attacked us, and went into Afghanistan, yet apparently allowed Osama to flee. in the intervening time, individuals of the Council on overseas kinfolk are making billions of money by waging those undeclared wars that the Neo Cons have in touch us in. The Republican party became hijacked quite a few years in the past by the NeoCons. they're huge spending, warfare-mongering advocates of the police state (allegedly to "preserve us from terrorism"). optimistically, Ron Paul will be elected and placed an end to this foolishness.

We have control of the oil, even if that control only denys it to our enemies. The political or social situation of the Iraqi people is not a matter of national concern for the U.S.

The goal was to go in, get Sadaam, get the WMD's and turn over power to the Iraqi's.. Sadaam is dead, there were no WMD's in the first place so that was easy.. GAME OVER!! Unfortunately,, the pres backed out on what he said and changed the GAME..

Because the job is done.

Americans and allies killed the enemy (Sadam), and now it is time for the Iraqis to set up their government, and enforce their rules. We're only helping them destroy a common enemy. Their terrorists should be controlled with their police, not our army.
