Or "juicy". I think it is the parents responsibility to take care of that on their own. No reason for a parent to worry about what their teen is wearing, but under 13 and it just attracts the pervs.

No I wouldn't. Once she is out of my home and doing what ever she wants she can dress like that. If I let her know she is really asking for trouble.
