There are many thins to consider in this choice
a. Phone you can get some good lans that cover a wide area
Vonage is good so are many other digital phones
b. Cell can be best it depends on how much youaway from your home
c.Internet is also good way to keep in touch with friends and relatives
d. Skype can be expensive as there are many calling cards out there with better rates then they have

depends wot u want to do but i would say skype is cheapest,it def is if the people u want to call have it too,its free.
u can send sms for halfprice as well to cellphones also if u get a skype-in number u can redirect it to ring 3 other numbers,including cell, if ur pc is not online.

well i think you should be specific, but i think a phone (local) is the cheapest, vonage with 24.99 a month, all usa calls, europe and puerto rico
