I'm not a democrat, but I've never met a Republican I've liked. Could it be that I dislike Christianity? Could it be that I'm for the contentment and happiness for all, not just fat, white CEOs? What does it truly mean to be a Republican? Why are you proud to call yourself Republican in the face of their many travesties and human injustices? I personally find it completely idiotic to label yourself as anything, people usually take care of that for you... But to each his/her own!

Free markets, smaller government, strong national defense, and less involvement in foreign affairs. Hopefully the party will find its way back. Don't let the religious right cloud your sight to a truly remarkable philosophy.

Amen brother! (I am not religious either)... I think it comes down to common sense and allot of people don't have any... i.e. republicans. People put too much into "classes", like political party's, never thinking for themselves, they just let someone who they don't even know make life and death choices without really thinking for themselves or make policies that later they complain about... but say "dang it, I am republican and republicans make great decisions", never knowing what they are really voting for... like the war. We are left with a group of self-riotous, I'm right your wrong greed driven people (judgmental too, although you calling all CEO's fat and white is not fair for you to say so). I agree to each his own - but come on folks, republicans aren't looking too good, with their fearless leader who has done such a wonderful job, ahhhh hahahaha <----sarcasm.

It means that you tout your Christian beliefs and call yourself a member of the more moral party, but vote no on every social program that would make life better or more equitable for minority groups and the poor because it would take money out of the pockets of the rich. Hypocrisy in action!

To be Republican in this country means you think every citizen should help themselves. To be Republican you try to help the wealthy and ignore the poor.

To be conservative means you think God should comprise all the laws in this country.
