When did they mention the anger management trip? I'm a little slow. I watch it religiously and just realized tonight that he's been gone.

Haha you're not slow. They never really explained it on the regular show.
If you watched the editor's cut on nbc.com (which I believe you still can) it shows an additional scene at the end of the episode where Andy is driving and talking to the camera about his being sent to "Management Training...............OK Anger Management Training" hahaha!
So he'll be gone the rest of the month... and then March is all reruns so everyone should return in full in April.

He punch a hole in the wall when Jim played a prank by putting his cell phone in the celling. He is at anger management training for 10 weeks.

He is in anger management. Jim's g/f said tonight to the CFO, everyone is either fired, quit and we have one in anger management.
