I bought a stereo once and the CD broke within a month so I returned it (I had 90 days according to store policy) I got my money back and bought a Sony, that I still use.

i heard majority is refurbished,had some variety of reason at the back of a return,like a minor production ailment,that became resolved,so as refurbished with supposely a guaranty with the enterprise kind you get carry of... I heard reliable issues and undesirable comments too,merely pay attention... i bought colors lengthy in the past from them, i became pleased with that purchase,, could decide for some books,,yet i could carry off on electronics....goodluck..
