Some humans would be right up there. The bonobo (pygmy chimp) has sex with all the members of it's group/colony/pack whatever they are called, so it'd probably be a lot for them too. That's males and females, I think they do it for bonding or something.
The dominant male in any species that lives in large herds would have a lot of sexual partners. But that's only the male so it's not really a species thing.
