I have on that burns music and data but I don't know if it can burn movies. What do I need, just special cds for burning DVD's?

yes a dvd burner that says dvd/rw on it dont go out and buy one until you figure out how to use it it will drive you insane trying to get the right programs to burn with but if you are planning on burning dvds you rent then u will need a program called clone dvd and any dvd or dvd decrypter and dvd shrink 3.2 any other questions email me adamleebutts@yahoo.com

If u have a DVD burner then it can burn anything on to a Blank DVD provided u have the right software like Nero or somethin........
The u may also burn Movies on a DVD

What you need is a DVD burner....but a CD burner can still burn movies only in a Data format but you got to wathc it on your computer....

you need a DVD burner.::wih this you can burn CD's,and DVD's.to watch DVD's on your computer you need the dvd software that comes with the dvd burner.if you get a dvd burner it is recommended that you disconnect the cd burner.you wont need both.leaving them both connected may cause a Hardware Device Conflict"

in order to burn DVD's you need both special disk and burner.
to see if your burner is correct look for the DVD logo on the outside (flap that comes out). If you see a DVD logo chances are you can burn a DVD.

A DVD Burner, and the software that comes with these Drives. And of course Blank DVD's Too.........................
