I personally think she’s not ugly, but I wouldn’t call her beautiful. She always looks SO fake.

I think she's quite pretty although I saw her on Leno a few weeks ago and she looked a bit too thin. Amazing singer though.

I think she's very pretty. Especially her eyes. I have liked her since Mulan and her career has been interesting and her voice has always been one of the best, strongest and clearest I've heard since Mariah and Whitney.

i agree with you except about the fake part. i think one thing that made her pretty to me is seeing her come from her "dirty" stage to now. shes the only person ive ever seen who can pull off the red lipstick.
