no. if you drew a line through A it would have a slope of 4/3
if you drew a line through B it would have a slope of -5/4. in order for them to be perpendicular the lines would have to have slpes that were negative reciprocals of eachother.

3*4 + 4* -5 = 12 + -20 = -8, which isn't zero, so the answer is "no".
