There is code you can use to hide your friends on your profile but there are still very simple ways for anyone who has access to page to view your friends

go into edit profile, you'll see a tab that says privacy options (this may be in account info, I'm not sure, it's been so long, but it's there somewhere) here you can set your profile to privet as well as hide select parts
