On some pieces of clothing I don't b/c I know they do need to be washed a certain way. But, on T-shirts and stuff I don't cut them out unless they make me itch and I usually don't bother to care for them the way that the tag says.

I only cut them off right away if they annoy me right away. I can go months and wear a shirt just fine, and one day it won't stop scratching my neck. At that point I can't get a hold of scissors fast enough.

Yeah, I do because they itch.

Then when I go to wash something for the first time, I forget and look for the washing instructions and get mad at myself for cutting it out.

Yes, as soon as I get them home. I enjoy the t - shirts and such I have purchased recently that has a ''printed'' spot and no tag!
